Release notes for every version of Vibecheck.

v1.0.02026-09-27

Vibecheck is here. After countless evenings and weekends of work, today I’m releasing the very first version.

Vibe Roulette: get connected instantly with someone who is online right now. Filter by vibe, gender, language and age if you like.
Identity for tonight: name, vibe, colour and a few photos. You decide how long it stays. When it runs out, Vibi keeps your ticket for a few days so you can pick up where you left off.
Match: when it clicks for both of you, the random chat becomes a match. No one-sided waiting.
Rooms: three live group chats for Flirt, Gaming and Talk. React, poke people and ask someone for a 1:1 chat right from the room.

Encrypted Safespace: after a match, text, voice and photos are end-to-end encrypted. Chats before a match are moderated to keep everyone safe.
Photos, voice messages and GIFs: GIFs load through our server, so Giphy and Tenor never see your device.
Quick switch: jump between open chats and rooms from any screen. Vibi brings you a note when someone writes to you somewhere else.
Cross-device: your conversations stay available on all signed-in devices. An optional key backup in your own Google Drive is protected by a PIN.

Your companion: Vibi lives in the app in your identity’s colour, reacts to what you do and meets your match’s Vibi in every chat.
Wardrobe: more than 100 items and materials for head, face, hand and body. Save looks, keep a wish list and send gifts to your chats.
Sparks: earn them with your daily visit, conversations and matches, with Vibi-TV (a short ad, only when you tap) or get Sparks packs in the shop.
Vibi also keeps a few secrets. Try shaking your phone.

Automatic NSFW detection with human review. Harassment has no place here.
App lock with fingerprint, face or Windows Hello, plus screenshot blocking.
Read receipts and last seen are up to you. Notifications can be set per kind, with quiet hours.
Block and report anyone, anywhere.

Three plans: FREE, VIBE+ and VIBE PRO.
Paid plans bring more photos, a distance filter and monthly Sparks. VIBE PRO adds animated profile pictures and your own colour.
